Guaranteed after sales service & availability

TOPNOTCH ® cookware is designed and made totally in Australia. As local manufacturers we knew we had to make an exceptional product to compete with similar imports from around the world. We aim to produce an heirloom quality range of cookware. Every aspect of our design was carefully vetted for it's contribution to both functionality, durability and visual appeal.

Lid material

The lids are from 18/10 stainless steel & are 0.7mm thick. Our lids are finished with a roll bead for strength, visual appeal & to make sure our customers aren't injured.

Basic differences in body materials

We could have used a stainless steel cap with the usual copper or aluminium base, but we know this combination has a tendency to fall off after a time in service. This is a big improvement but the heat from the base only travels slowly up the wall of the cookware due to the relatively poor conductivity of stainless steel.

Accessories (handles, knobs etc)

Molded components are from high heat resisting phenolic composites where fitted. However, most of ours, are from stainless steel for durability and are attached with stainless steel rivets for maximum strength and durability.
