Recipe - Lamb

BBQ | Lamb | Seafood

macadamia crusted lamb cutlets

 

macadamia crust
100grams macadamia nuts
2 tablespoons roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoons roughly chopped mint leaves
100grams grated parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
zest and juice of ½ lemon
2 teaspoons macadamia oil
8 Lamb Cutlets

  • To make the macadamia crust combine all the crust ingredients in a food processor and process into a rough paste. Press the paste onto the top of the lamb cutlets.
  • Preheat Hotplate for 8 to 10 min. Ad Oil , Lower heat setting before Placing Lamb cutlets on the Barbie and cook as desired.
  • Remove from the heat and loosely cover with tin foil and allow to rest for approximately 2 minutes before serving.
