How to care for your Topnotch Exlan non-stick Barbeque Plate.

  1. Never use scotch brite pads or steel wool to clean this plate, as this will permanently damage the non-stick cooking surface. Should this occur, a re-coating service is available at the customers cost.
  2. Only use non-scratch wooden or plastic utensils.
  3. Simply wipe the Exlan Plate clean with a paper towel.
  4. If desired, wash with detergent and a soft sponge.
